What does the Session Fee Include?

The session fee ensures your booking on my calendar and your viewing/ordering appointment. It also accounts for the preparation of your welcome and planning information, access to the studio wardrobe (both mom and children), your photography session with me, the time I spend culling and processing the photographs afterwards, and a private online slideshow to show off to friends and family.

What If I Only Want High Resolution Files?

I offer a complete set of high resolution files (average of 20 images with print release), which can be purchased during your viewing/ordering appointment. Complimentary web files are provided to match any framed art chosen and are perfect for sharing on social media or with friends and family. Whenever high resolution files are purchased, complimentary printed proofs in a keepsake box are included. Single high resolution files are not available for purchase at this time.

What Happens During the Viewing/Ordering Appointment?

One to two weeks after your session, you will join me back at the studio. We will hold and review your printed proofs and begin selecting favorites. We will discuss which products you are most interested in and narrow down options. I am proud to offer a curated line of product chosen for its visual impact. Framed fine art, heirloom book, matted prints, high resolution files, and more are available. There is no minimum order requirements, simply choose the product you want, the way you want.

What do your products begin at?

Products begin at $150, which includes your choice of two (2) 5 X 7 cotton prints or one (1) 8 X 10 cotton print. The average Motherhood client invests between $750 and $1500. A complete product guide is sent upon inquiry.

My child is young, When Should I Be Photographed With Them?

Some of my favorite milestones to capture are the days right after birth, sitting or crawling (5-8 months old), standing (9-12 months old), and every birthday. Those first five years deserve to be documented. They go by so quickly.

Do You Photograph Families in the Studio?

Currently I do not. Only Motherhood sessions take place in the studio. If you are interested in a modern family session at your home or on-location you can find further information at www.fletcherandco.photo. My husband/business partner Eric and I have been photographing families professionally for over 13 years.

Can I Bring Along a Friend or My Mother To Help During the Session?

Yes! I actually suggest that when a mother has two or more children, it is best to bring a familiar face that can help wrangle when I'm photographing each child with their mother. You can also bring dad, although sometimes children tend to cling to one over the other.

What Days Are Sessions Available?

Sessions are offered Wednesday through Friday mornings and select Saturdays. The weekday sessions are perfect for little children or those not in school. Availability tends to book up months in advance, so if you have a specific date you are interested in, please inquire ahead of time.

Where Is Your Studio and Will I Have Trouble Finding Parking?

My studio is located in downtown Tucson at the MSA Annex, in the new shipping container community. Just one block south of Mercado. There is ample parking around the studio and in a large open lot nearby. I host my Motherhood sessions mainly during the week and prior to regular business hours. So unless there is a big event, which I would advise you on, you will be fine. One of the main reasons I fell in love with MSA Annex is the community culture. There are 13+ retailers and restaurants to check out during your visit. Feel free to grab lunch or shop after your session.
