What does the Session Fee Include?

The session fee ensures your booking on my calendar and your viewing/ordering appointment. It also accounts for the preparation of your welcome and planning information, access to the studio clothing line, your photography session with me, the time I spend culling and processing the photographs afterwards, and a private online slideshow to show off to friends and family.

What Happens During the Viewing/Ordering Appointment?

One to two weeks after your session, you will join me back at the studio. We will hold and review your printed proofs and begin selecting favorites. We will discuss which products you are most interested in and narrow down options. I am proud to offer a curated line of product chosen for its visual impact. Books, framed fine art prints, high resolution files, and more are available. There is no minimum order requirements, simply choose the product you want, the way you want.

What If I Only Want High Resolution Files?

I offer a complete set of high resolution files (minimum of 10), which can be purchased during your viewing/ordering appointment. Complimentary web files are provided to match any product chosen and are perfect for sharing on social media or with friends and family. Whenever high resolution files are provided, complimentary printed proofs in a display box are included. Single high resolution files are not available for purchase.

What do your products begin at?

Products begin at $150, which includes your choice of two (2) 5 X 7 prints or one (1) 8 X 10 print. The average client invests between $650 and $1000. A complete product guide is sent upon inquiry.

My child is young, do you offer a multiple commission rate?

Yes. The 3 Commission Membership is $600 and is valid over a 18 month period. This can be used towards multiple studio Motherhood commissions or split across different commission types (FCO on-location Families commission).

That Was My Next Question, Do You Photograph Families in the Studio?

Currently I do not. Only Motherhood and Childhood commissions take place in the studio. If you are interested in a modern family commission at your home or on-location you can find further information at www.fletcherandco.photo. My husband/business partner Eric and I have been photographing families professional for over 10 years.

Can I Bring Along a Friend or My Mother To Help During the Session?

Yes! I actually suggest that when a mother has two or more children, it is best to bring a familiar face that can help wrangle when I'm photographing each child with their mother. You can also bring dad, although sometimes children tend to cling to one over the other.

What Days Are Commissions Available?

Tuesday through Thursday mornings and select Saturdays. The weekday commissions are perfect for little children or those not in school. Availability tends to book up weeks in advance, so if you have a specific month you are interested in, please inquire ahead of time.

Where Is Your Studio and Will I Have Trouble Finding Parking?

My studio is located in downtown Tucson at the MSA Annex. Just one block west of the freeway. There is ample parking around the studio (meters do apply on weekdays) and in a large open lot nearby. I host my Motherhood commissions mainly during the week and prior to regular business hours. So unless there is a big event, which I would advise you on, you will be fine. One of the main reasons I fell in love with MSA Annex is the community culture. There are 13+ retailers and restaurants to check out during your visit. Feel free to grab lunch or shop after your session. There's even ice cream as a special treat.
